PROBLEMS, SOLUTIONS AND PROSPECTS OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF LIVESTOCK PRODUCTS
Purpose of the conference: Agriculture is one of the leading sectors of the economy of Uzbekistan. A significant part of agriculture is livestock farming, including milk and dairy products, meat and meat products. This sector plays a major role in generating income for the rural population, therefore the problems and prospects of its development are a priority area of the agrarian policy of Uzbekistan. The purpose of this conference is to study the role and practice of livestock farming in the economy of Uzbekistan, in particular, the problems of developing meat and dairy farming and ways to solve them, the prospects for introducing innovative technologies in the storage and processing of meat and dairy products.
The conference will accept articles on the problems, solutions and development prospects of livestock products storage and processing.
The conference will use Uzbek, Russian and English languages to accept communications and articles, as well as to publish collections.
The conference will be held in traditional (offline) and remote (online) formats.
Key dates:
Acceptance of articles - until May 31, 2024;
Notification of acceptance - within 3 days after acceptance;
Acceptance of revised articles - until June 03, 2024;
Conference date - June 06, 2024.

PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE
Procedure for participation:
To participate in the conference, you must submit a formalized article and a conference participant questionnaire by June 6, 2024 (also on the same day) to Kasavobat.@gmil.com; nurmatovsherzod1988@gmail.com or by telegram to +998 93 723 16 01; +998 97 392 88 18. File names should be named with the surname of the first author and the branch number (for example: Yuldashev Alijon Aliqulovich-article-2, Yuldashev Alijon Aliqulovich-questionnaire). Within 3 working days after submitting the article, information about the acceptance of the article will be sent to the email address to which the conference materials were sent and to the phone number of the author of the article. Articles that have not been formalized at the required level and have not passed a positive review WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The articles will be published as a special issue in the journal “SHORVACHILIK VA NASLCHILIK ISHI”, which is included in the list of the UAC. The fee for the article is 200,000 (two hundred thousand) soums. Payment can be made by the following plastic card: HUMO 9860270106893125 (SHAKHISTA ISHNIYAZOVA). Our authors are requested to provide a receipt after payment for each article.
Authors of accepted articles are expected to participate in the conference with their reports offline/online at the time specified in the “Conference Program” according to the branches.
The collection of conference results is an official publication with UOK, BBK, ISBN indexes. The collection will also be posted on the website of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnologies (www.ssuv.uz) within 10 days after the end of the conference. Each participant of the conference will be given an electronic certificate certified by the signature and seal of the Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONFERENCE MATERIALS
Relevance. The article should be written on a topical topic related to the above-mentioned branches and contain the results of independent research, as well as not previously published or submitted to other publications.
Responsibility and accountability. Authors are responsible for the content and literacy of the materials they send to the Organizing Committee. Therefore, careful preparation is required.
The size of the article should be 3-5 pages, the number of authors should not exceed 3.
Requirements for formalization: Page format - A4 (210×297 mm); Margins (top, bottom, left and right sides) - 20 mm; Font - kegel 14; type - Times New Roman; Line spacing - 1.5; Pages are not numbered. Text originality -65%.
