INNOVATIVE APPROACHES AND FIRST STEPS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF VETERINARY MEDICINE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY




A Republican scientific and practical conference was held on this topic at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology, with the participation of scientists and researchers in the field, basic doctoral students, and young students.

The conference discussed the development of the livestock sector, the provision of quality products to the population at the initiative of the head of our state, the goal of organizing this event, and the work being carried out in this direction in our country.

Opening the conference with an introductory speech, the rector of the university, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, touched upon the large-scale reforms being carried out in our country to develop the veterinary sector and livestock sectors, the implementation of the results of scientifically based innovative developments in the sector, ensuring food safety, improving the quality of veterinary services, training personnel for the sector, and improving the working methods of specialists.

Also, the reports of Alisher Jafarov, Head of the Department for the Development of Science and Education of the Committee for the Development of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry, Associate Professor of the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine with the Order of Honor Elena Kudryavsevoy, Associate Professor Yevgenia Yushkovsky, Senior Lecturer Anni Selivashko, Student of the Academy Gulomjon Kamoliddinov, Senior Research Fellow of the Veterinary Research Institute Gulmurod Mamadaliyev and others who participated in the conference noted the importance of comprehensively analyzing the rapid reforms being implemented in veterinary and animal husbandry today and their significance, developing scientific and methodological foundations for the consistent development of the industry and its sectors, identifying necessary measures, and working on the basis of an innovative approach.

The participants of the event received answers to their questions about the prospects of the veterinary and animal husbandry sector today, and eliminating existing shortcomings.
