At the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnologies, a national scientific-practical conference was held on this topic with the participation of scientists and researchers, basic doctoral students and students.

At the conference, on the initiative of the head of the state, the development of the livestock sector, the provision of quality products to the population, the purpose of organizing this event and the work being carried out in this direction in our country were discussed.

The Rector of the University, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, opened the conference with the introduction of the large-scale reforms implemented in the development of the veterinary industry and animal husbandry industries in our country, the results of scientifically based innovative developments in the fieldfocused on the large-scale work being carried out in the field of introduction, ensuring the safety of food products, improving the quality of veterinary services, training personnel for the field, and improving the working methods of specialists.

Alisher Safarov, Head of Science and Education Development Department of Veterinary and Livestock Development Committee, Yelena, Associate Professor of Vitebsk State "Mark of Honor" Academy of Veterinary Medicine of the Republic of Belarus, also participated in the conference Kudryavsevoy, associate professor Yevheniya Yushkovsky, senior teacher Anni Selivashko, student of the Academy Gulomjon Kamoliddinov, senior researcher of the Veterinary Research Institute Gulmurod Mamadaliyev, etcthe importance of comprehensive analysis of the ongoing rapid reforms and their importance, development of scientific and methodological bases for consistent development of the industry and its branches, determination of necessary measures, and the importance of working on the basis of an innovative approach was noted.

The participants of the event received answers to their questions about the prospects of the veterinary and animal husbandry sector today, as well as the elimination of existing shortcomings
