Research work is being carried out on the topic "Ecological and epizootological processes specific to dirofilariosis in dogs of Central Uzbekistan".
O.B. Abdinabiyev, the 2nd stage basic doctoral student of the "Organization of Parasitology and Veterinary Work" department, on the topic "Ecological and epizootological characteristics of canine dirofilariasis of Central Uzbekistan" within the framework of scientific research conducted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in veterinary sciences. 1 to 3-year-olds who died in car accidents in different areas of Samarkand region were brought to the dissection room of the "Animal Anatomy, Histology and Pathological Anatomy" department of the University on March 15, 2023 together with the head of the department, b.f.f.d.(PhD) A.Safarov 6 head of dogs were brought and examined by complete helminthological analysis. As a result of the examination, it was found that these dogs were simultaneously infected with several types of parasites, and the heart of a 2.5-year-old yellow-colored dog was found to contain Dirofilaria immitis.
