An open dialogue took place at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology between S. Usmanov, the Governor of the Samarkand District, and the university's faculty and students.

The discussion covered issues such as developing veterinary services in the district, increasing efficiency in the livestock sector, protecting animal health, and widely implementing modern veterinary services in practice.

Particular attention was also paid to training qualified specialists for the field, integrating students' theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and equipping young people with modern knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine.

During the dialogue, faculty members and students put forward proposals regarding the development of the veterinary sector, the resolution of existing practical challenges, and the further strengthening of cooperation.
