Rector of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology, Professor Kh.B. Yunusov met with American veterinary specialists.

The meeting was attended by Dale E. Henry, Managing Partner of Oasis Agriculture LLC, and veterinary specialists Dr. Bruce Hoffman and Dr. Stephan Gibson.
The meeting discussed issues of veterinary education, organization of practical seminars in the field of animal husbandry, modern management methods in dairy and beef cattle breeding, and future joint cooperation.
As part of the visit, foreign specialists also conducted seminar sessions for professors and students.
The seminar topics were devoted to transboundary animal diseases, biosecurity, vaccination, supportive care, and management of transitional diseases in dairy cows.
