THE V REPUBLICAN YOUTH FORUM AND THE REPUBLICAN SCIENCE OLYMPIAD WERE HELD IN AN ELEVATING SPIRIT AT THE UNIVERSITY
The V REPUBLICAN YOUTH FORUM was held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology with the participation of students and young people from educational institutions of the system of the Committee for the Development of Veterinary Medicine and Livestock of the Republic of Uzbekistan at a high level and in a high spirit.
Initially, the official opening ceremony of the forum was held in the Palace of Culture of the university, where the rector of the university, professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, head of the Committee's department Alisher Safarov, and heads of the regional khokimiyat, departments and organizations in the region touched upon the goals and objectives of the V Republican Youth Forum and the Republican Science Olympiad. He congratulated the participants and wished them success.
After that, within the framework of the forum, the Magic of Colors competition under the theme “Uzbekistan - in the Eyes of Youth” with the participation of students of educational institutions of the Committee system, the championship of the “Student Theater Studios” teams on the theme “Amir Temur's Heritage and the Development of Modern Science”, the “Committee Chairman's Cup” in chess, the “Rector's Cup” in table tennis, the “Minister's Cup” in football and the championship of teams in volleyball, the “Intelligence” competition under the slogan “Educated Youth - Builder of the Future”, the “Book-loving Student” competition on the theme “Thoughts with Reading, Thoughts with Development”, start-up project competitions under the theme “Idea - Practice - Result”, “Career Day” to ensure the employment of graduates, a cooking championship between faculty teams, a sumalak and khalisa festival were held, and the winning teams and students were awarded prizes. was determined.
The main official part of the event continued in the regional concert hall, where the rector of the university, professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, and the head of the department of the Committee for the Development of Veterinary and Livestock Breeding Alisher Safarov noted that the forum is aimed at demonstrating the scientific, creative, and intellectual abilities of young people from educational institutions of the system of the Committee for the Development of Veterinary and Livestock Breeding of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and further strengthening the sense of friendship and solidarity between them.
As part of the event, students who have actively participated in educational, scientific, research, and spiritual and educational spheres, and who have shown dedication in various social projects and competitions, as well as the winners of an online survey conducted to identify the best in their fields, were awarded.
The gala concert was attended by well-known artists of the region and the republic - Sharof Muqimov, Otabek Mutalkhodjayev, Jasurbek Mavlonov and other pop representatives, and the songs performed by them were presented. gave the event an even more upbeat spirit.
Also, as part of the 5th Youth Forum, the Committee, the leadership of the university and its Nukus and Tashkent branches, and students planted tree seedlings on the university grounds.
