DEFENDERS OF THE HOMELAND DAY WAS HELD IN AN ELEVATING SPIRIT AT THE UNIVERSITY
On January 14, SamSUVMLB University held a festive event dedicated to the "Day of Defenders of the Fatherland" and the 34th anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces. Rector Kh. Yunusov congratulated the students and participants and highlighted the importance of the national army. The event was held in the spirit of sports competitions, creative performances and festivities.

Opening the festive event, the Rector of the University, Professor Kh. Yunusov sincerely congratulated on the very important and auspicious event in the life of our people, state, and homeland - the "Defenders of the Fatherland Day" and the 34th anniversary of the formation of our Armed Forces, noting that the "Defenders of the Fatherland Day" holiday holds a special place in our lives, noting that today our national army has become a true school of courage and selflessness for thousands of our sons, and congratulated everyone on the holiday.
The Rector also read out holiday greetings sent to the university team by the leaders of a number of influential organizations.
During the event, a group of students who achieved high results in sports competitions held on the occasion of the Defenders of the Fatherland Day on January 14 and are setting an example for their peers were duly awarded by the Rector of the University.
Songs and theatrical performances glorifying the Motherland, our National Army and the defenders of the homeland, prepared by talented and creative students of the university, ensured that the holiday was held in an even more upbeat spirit.
