THE 33RD ANNIVERSARY OF THE CONSTITUTION WAS WIDELY CELEBRATED AT SAMSUVMLB
On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a spiritual and educational event held in high spirit at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology was aimed at widely promoting the role and importance of the Constitution of our state in the life of society. The main idea of the event — “The Constitution is a guarantee of human dignity, freedom, equality and justice!” — embodied the basic principles and served to unite our employees around the idea of the rule of law.
In this spiritual and educational event, which was attended by university professors, teachers, employees and students, the importance of our General Constitution was once again promoted to the general public.
At the festive event dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the rector of the university, academician Khudaynazar Yunusov, spoke about the fact that the reforms being implemented in our country on the basis of the new Constitution are aimed at the interests of the people, as well as at further strengthening constitutional knowledge and strengthening the sense of patriotism among young people. Noting that the Constitution plays an important role in the development of the country, the development of society, the protection of human rights and freedoms, and ensuring the rule of law, he paid special attention to the practical role of the basic law in our lives and its role in the reforms being implemented.
During the event, a group of professors, teachers and employees were awarded with letters of gratitude from the rector of the university and souvenirs on the occasion of the holiday.
The artistic performances of talented students and youth of the university ensured that the event was held in an even more upbeat mood.
