According to the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 31, 2022 No. PQ-187 "On the radical improvement of the personnel training system in the field of veterinary and animal husbandry", students of Samarkand State Veterinary Medicine, University of Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology, Faculty of Product Processing Technology and Standardization, group 401-402 specialty "Fundamentals of standardization, metrology and certification of livestock products" lecture on "Introduction of the Global GAP standard", practical and field master classes were held by professors of the Krakow Agrarian University of the State of Poland: Martin Nemets and Machey Hanowik.
The lessons are conducted in an interesting, question-and-answer style, and the "Global GAP" international standard is aimed at improving the quality and safety indicators of livestock and agricultural products, expanding the export geography, as well as increasing the opportunity to fully use the country's organic production potential, enriching the consumer's table. and it was emphasized that we should pay attention to strengthening the technological systems of product storage, primary and deep processing in the chain "from field to table" in the delivery of ecologically clean products.
During the training, it was noted that the coordination of local and foreign regulatory documents is one of the important factors in ensuring their compatibility with the goals and tasks and production practice
