Khamid Kholmuratovich Ishpulatov was born on January 1, 1978, in the Pastdargam District of the Samarkand Region. He graduated from Secondary School No. 56 in the Pastdargam District in 1994. From 1994 to 1999, he graduated from the Samarkand Agricultural Institute with a degree in Economics and Management of the Agro-Industrial Complex. He does not hold an academic degree.

   Since 2021, Kh.Kh.Ishpulatov has been the Head of the Planning and Finance Department at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, and Biotechnology.

   Since January 2026, Kh.Kh.Ishpulatov has been an assistant in the Department of Economics and Management at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, and Biotechnology, working part-time for 0.5 full-time positions.

   Currently, Kh.Kh.Ishpulatov is engaged in scientific work on the topic “The role of the digital economy and the possibilities of its implementation.”
