Rakhmonova Aziza Tolibovna was born on July 18, 1985 in the Akdaryo district of the Samarkand region. In 2001, she graduated from secondary school No. 38 in the Akdaryo district. In 2001-2004, she graduated from the Akdaryo College of Economics. In 2004-2008, she received a bachelor's degree in the specialty "Vocational education (social economic sphere)" from the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, and in 2020-2022, she received a master's degree in the specialty "Marketing (by sectors and industries)" from the same institute. In 2023-2025, she received a doctor of philosophy (PhD) in economics from the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, specialty 08.00.05-"Economics of service industries".

   A.T. Rakhmonova has been working as an assistant at the Department of Economics and Management of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnologies since January 2026.

   Currently, A.T. Rakhmonova is engaged in scientific work on the topics of “Improving institutional and economic mechanisms for the development of women's entrepreneurship in the service sector in the digital economy” and “Ways to optimize the service process, automate work with customers and increase business efficiency using programs created based on artificial intelligence”.
