Mahliyo Islamovna Diyarova was born on December 4, 1990, in Kattakurgan city of Samarkand region. In 2006, she graduated from Secondary School No. 16 in Kattakurgan. In 2006–2009, she studied at the Kattakurgan college of Economics, majoring in Banking. In 2010–2014, she studied at the Samarkand State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering in the field of Real Estate Expertise and Management, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree. In 2015–2017, she continued her studies at the same institute in the specialty Construction of Buildings and Structures (Energy-efficient Buildings) and received a Master’s degree. In 2021–2024, she completed her doctoral studies (PhD program) in Management at the Samarkand State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.  In 2025, she successfully defended her dissertation at the Scientific Council for awarding academic degrees under the International Nordic University and obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics (PhD) in the specialties 08.00.13 – “Management” and 08.00.07 – “Finance, Money Circulation and Credit.”

   Since January 2026, M.I. Diyarova has been working as a Senior Lecturer (PhD) at the Department of Economics and Management of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology. To date, she is the author of more than 40 scientific publications, including 1 article indexed in the Scopus database and more than 10 articles published in international and national scientific journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission (OAK).
