Hudayberdiev Ulugbek Abdualimovich was born on August 25, 1989, in Payariq District, Samarkand Region. In 2004, he graduated from secondary school No. 68 in Payariq District. From 2004 to 2006, he completed his studies at the lyceum-internat affiliated with Samarkand Agricultural Institute. From 2006 to 2010, he earned a bachelor's degree in "Tourism Management" at Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service; from 2011 to 2013, he obtained a master's degree in "Sphere Service" at the same institute. In 2015–2016, he completed an internship as an independent researcher at the University of Las Palmas, Spain. From 2017 to 2020, he graduated from the GMBA program in International Business Administration at Keimyung University, Republic of Korea; from 2021 to 2026, he earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in "Management Information Systems" at Chungbuk National University, Republic of Korea.
   U. A. Hudayberdiev has been working as an assistant at the Department of Economics and Management, Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock, and Biotechnologies since February 2026.
   Currently, U. A. Hudayberdiev is engaged in scientific research on the topics "Improving employee performance efficiency and stabilizing the automation process using artificial intelligence" and "Early detection of plant diseases using artificial intelligence."
