Shaymanova Yulduz Toshniyazovna was born in 1976 in the Khatyrchi district of the Navoi region. After graduating from high school, he studied at the Faculty of Philology of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute from 1993 to 1998. In 1998-2003, she worked as a teacher of native language and literature at secondary school No. 14 of Khatyrchi district, in 2003-2006 as a postgraduate student of the Uzbek Philology Faculty of Samarkand State University, in 2005-2012 as a teacher of the Department of General and Applied Linguistics of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, supervisor of the institute's personnel department, in 2016-2018 as a teacher of native language and literature at secondary school No. 11 of Samarkand district, since 2021 she has been working as a teacher at the Department of Uzbek, Russian Languages and Literature of Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnologies. He participated in international competitions related to the development of science, including the "Successes in Science Education 2024" competition held in Penza, Russian Federation, with his scientific article "The Role of Language Units in Creating an Artistic Image" and won an honorable 2nd place. Also, under the scientific guidance of Y. Shaymanova, Kemal Tokdemir, a student of the Faculty of Veterinary Prevention and Treatment, took part in the IV International Scientific Research Competition "STUDENT SCIENCE: THE BEST RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENTS 2024," held in Penza, Russian Federation, and won the honorary 1st place.
In 2024, he was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and honorary certificates from the university rector.
