    In 2017, he was hired as an assistant at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Marketing of the Samarkand Agricultural Institute. Currently, he works as an assistant at the Department of Economics and Management. Over the past 3 years, he has published scientific articles in more than 10 journals recognized by the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and indexed in Google Scholar, as well as participated in a number of local and international conferences.

    Sh. Nurmanov is currently working on the defense of his PhD in economics on the topic "Prospects for the development of steppe-pasture livestock breeding in the conditions of modernization." The main direction of his scientific work is devoted to the problems of modernization of real sectors of the economy and increasing their economic efficiency. He is the author of 17 scientific articles. Sh. Nurmanov conducts practical training in several disciplines in the Uzbek language, based on the existing workload at the university, mainly for students.
