Abdulla Tulaev graduated from Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1997. Since 1997” he has worked as an inspector at the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering Samarkand Agricultural Institute.  

Job responsibilities

• Conducting laboratory, practical and other types of classes at a high theoretical, methodological, scientific and methodological and professional level, as provided for by the curricula developed in accordance with the state educational standards of higher education for all forms of training (with and without interruption from work);

• Supervise professional practice, course projects (work), as well as independent work of students;

• Conducting rating control of students' knowledge;

• Organizing events for students' work outside the classroom;

• Training highly qualified personnel who meet the high spiritual and moral requirements of developed democratic countries;

• Preparation of textbooks, educational, methodological and demonstration manuals, as well as reprinting textbooks, teaching aids and educational and methodological literature, including foreign, on the instructions of the rector's office of a higher educational institution with the preparation of conclusions on those created in collaboration with scientists;

• Participate in the preparation of the necessary educational and methodological literature by order of non-governmental educational institutions;

• Work with talented students, prepare them for participation in Olympiads and competitions, including the Istedod Foundation competition, improve the forms and methods of independent preparation of students; take measures to increase the volume of independent preparation by optimizing classroom work;

• Conduct scientific research in accordance with the approved plan, discuss completed scientific research and implement its results in production, recommend completed scientific papers for publication;

• Ensuring effective integration of education, science and production; supervision of students' research work;

• Study, summarize and disseminate the experience of experienced teachers, implement new pedagogical technologies;

• Provide assistance to teachers beginning their teaching career in acquiring pedagogical skills; creation of an information base, use of modern educational technologies and individualized teaching aids during classes.

Must know:

Laws concerning pedagogical activity, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers,

Resolutions, orders of the board of the Ministry, orders of the rector of the university

knowledge of annual and long-term plans of the department.

• Possesses professional and organizational skills necessary for teaching activities, experience and length of service in the field of education, as well as relevant knowledge and skills within the framework of their activities and competencies;

• Have a higher education;

• Possess exemplary personal qualities - intelligence, culture, creativity, politeness and initiative, a sense of responsibility, independence in making decisions and actions, decisiveness of action, the ability to ensure the achievement of the strategic goals of the institute.
