    Khaydarov Obid Erkinovich was born in 1979 in Tayloq district, Samarkand region. In 2003, he graduated from Samarkand State University with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy, and in 2007, he completed his master's degree in Political Philosophy. Since 2011, he has been working at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock, and Biotechnology. He has published more than 60 articles and theses. He is the author of 4 methodological manuals and 1 electronic textbook. In 2022, he was awarded the commemorative badge "30 Years of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan," a certificate of appreciation from the Ministry of Agriculture, and several honorary certificates from the university rector.

    Since July 2024, he has been an independent researcher at the National University of Uzbekistan. He is conducting scientific research on the topic "Factors for Increasing Citizens’ Political Activity in the Improvement of Public Oversight" under the specialty "23.00.02 – Political Institutions, Processes, and Technologies". In November 2024, he completed advanced training at NUUz.
