Kashkadarya region in an ordinary family of workers. 
He graduated from high school in 1996 and entered the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in the same year. He received a bachelor's degree in 2000, and a master's degree in 2002. 
In 2002-2005, he studied at the postgraduate school. In 2005-2008, he worked as the head of the "Gifted Students" department, in 2008-2009 as the deputy head of the "Educational Methodology" department, and in 2011-2018 as the head of the "Master's" department. In 2006-2014, he worked as an assistant of the department, in 2014 as an associate professor, and in 2019-2020, he worked as the head of the "International Cooperation" department. Since 2020, he has been working as the head of the "Internal non-infectious diseases" department.
In 2010, N.Ruzikulov defended his candidate's thesis under the supervision of Professor B.Bakirov. He has published 4 textbook, 3 training manuals, 10 methodological manuals, more than 200 (including 30 foreign journals) scientific articles. Author of 1 Monographs, 1 Directions, 3 Recommendations and 4 patents. He supervised 10 graduate students, 3 Beruniy and 1 Islam Karimov State Scholarship laureates. Currently, he supervises 2 independent researchers (PhD) and 1 graduate students.
N.Ruzikulov has repeatedly attended advanced training courses and lectured at a number of prestigious world universities, such as SFU Nitra (2015); University of Porto (2019); EMU, Tartu (2019); University of Pisa (2019); University of Padova (2019); UENT Latvia (2020, 2022); Osh State University (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024); National University of Kazakhstan named after. Al Farobi (2022); Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (2022, 2023); South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov (2023); Kyrgyz National Agrarian University (2023); Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (2023).
N.Ruzikulov has been a member of the scientific seminar at the scientific seminar DSc.30.08.2018.V.12.01 since 2014, a member of the faculty council since 2015, a member of the University council since 2020 and has been effectively working as an associate professor since 2024 (hourly) Osh State University (Kyrgyz Republic).

I was born on August 20, 1944 in the village of Kalon, Shafirkon district, Bukhara region, in an intellectual family.
In 1960, I graduated from high school, entered the "Veterinary" department of the Samarkand Zoo-Veterinary Technical College, and graduated with an excellent diploma in 1963. In 1963-1964, I worked as a veterinary technician in the veterinary department of Shafirkon district, Bukhara region. In 1964-1965, I served in the military unit in the city of Sosnovy Bor, Leningrad region, in 1965-1966, I worked as a veterinary technician in the veterinary department of Samarkand city.

Department: yesterday and today

The department called "Internal non-contagious diseases and clinical diagnostics" was organized in 1932. The first head of the department was S.G. Yudin. The department was headed by professors N.T.Vasiliev, R.M.Voskanyan, associate professor A.A.Pokudin, Honored Scientist of Uzbekistan Doctor of Veterinary Sciences Professor H.Z.Ibragimov (1963-1987), associate professor M.S.Khabiev (1987-1990), Associate Professor P.B.Boboev (1990-1992), Professor K.N.Norboev (1992-2004), Professor R.B.Davlatov (2004-2011), Associate Professor B.Bakirov (2011-2014), Associate Professor B.M.Eshburiev (2015-2019), professor B.Bakirov (2019-2020). Since 2020, the department has been headed by Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor N.Ruzikulov.
Today, 18 professors and teachers work at the department. Of these, the main staff includes 2 doctors of science, professors, 2 candidates of science, associate professors, 1 PhD, associate professor, 2 candidates of science, senior teacher, 1 PhD, senior teacher, 2 PhD, assistant, 5 assistants without academic degrees and 1 doctor of science, Associate Professor, 1 Candidate of Sciences, Professor, 1 Candidate of Sciences, Associate Professor on the basis of external placement (hourly).
The department has 2 doctoral students, 1 resident doctor, 1 laboratory manager and 2 laboratory assistants. The scientific potential of the department per core staff is 66.7%, per total staff 82.2%.
Lectures and practical classes at the department are held in specially equipped classrooms using healthy and conditionally sick agricultural, domestic and laboratory animals, methodological and didactic materials, information and communication and new pedagogical, as well as interactive technologies. Laboratory classes are conducted together with traditional teaching, research and research laboratories in the modern Hematology laboratory.
During the years of independence, 9 candidate degrees were defended at the department (A.Zh.Rakhmonov, 1992; B.M.Eshburiev, 1993; A.O.Rakhmonov, 1994; Sh.S.Mamatov, 1995; A.Urazov, 1998; D.Yadikhanov , 2001; Z.Khodzhaniyazova, 2002; N.Ruzikulov, 2010; S.B.Eshburiev, 2012), 4 PhD (U.A.Rakhmonov, 2020; M.Suleymanov, O.Boboev, B.Khaitov) ) and 4 doctoral (K.N.Norboev, 1992; B.Bakirov, 2016; B.M.Eshburiev, 2016; S.B.Eshburiev, 2017) dissertations.
Over the past years, the department's academics have prepared 5 textbooks, 7 teaching aids, 6 monographs, 20 teaching aids, 22 recommendations, more than 500 articles, 2 patents and 12 copyright certificates have been secured, and new generation educational and methodological complexes have been prepared in 9 subjects.
Scientists of the department have developed and introduced into production a number of premixes, fertilizers and tissue preparations, such as “Microvit”, “Ultraketost”, “LPP-1”, “LPP-2”, “Gepastimulin”, “Fechoselen”, “Ovariotropin”, “Electrolyte” -dehyllotation solution”, “Vitamix”, “Krysid”, “Dezokar”, “Thyroid gland extract”
The department's staff has established cooperative relations with the State University of Tenezza and Minnesota (USA), the University of Porto (Portugal), the Universities of Pisa and Padova (Italy), the Agricultural University of Nitra (Slovakia), the University of Natural Sciences of Tartu (Estonia), the University of Natural Sciences and Technologies of Latvia (Latvia), Kazakh National Agrarian Research University and South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov (Kazakhstan), Peoples' Friendship University of Russia and Bashkir State Agrarian University (Russia), Tarm University (China), Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Research Veterinary Institute (Belarus), Turkmenistan Agricultural Institute (Turkmenistan), Osh State University, Kyrgyz National Agrarian University, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (Kyrgyzstan).
Academic departments actively participate in the international programs “UZHEALTH”, “SPHERA”, “BUZNET”, “Mobile project for teachers and students of higher educational institutions of collaborating states”.
Currently, leading scientists of the department are participating in the international “Twinning program” of the University of Minnesota, USA for 2020-2024.
