The report-and-election meeting of the primary organization of the Uzbekistan Youth Union at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Lıvestock, and Biotechnologies began with opening remarks from the university rector, Professor and Academician Khudaynazar Beknazarovich Yunusov.

In his address, the Rector emphasized that the youth represent the decisive force for the country's future. He highlighted the importance of supporting student initiatives, realizing their full potential, and elevating youth leadership activities to a new level.

He further stressed that every youth leader must prioritize the interests of students, propose new ideas, and strive to achieve concrete results.

Representatives from the Samarkand Regional Council of the Uzbekistan Youth Union also attended the event, where they exchanged views on priority areas for working with the youth.
