On November 12, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., in the 1st even, in the 268th auditorium, for students of groups 404, 405, 406 and 407 of the Faculty of Zooengineering and Product Processing Technology, an open lecture class on the topic “Methods for assessing the microstructure of food and livestock products” by U.T. Safarov, senior lecturer of the department “Product development, storage and processing technology”, will be held.
