THE 7TH INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF VETERINARY PHARMACOLOGISTS AND TOXICOLOGISTS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES WAS HELD.

The 7th International Congress of Veterinary Pharmacologists and Toxicologists of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the topic "Modern Development Trends in Pharmacology and Toxicology, Future Tasks and Solutions to the Problems of Antibiotic Resistance" was held at the "Palace of Culture" of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology.

Opening the event with an introductory speech, the scientific director of the All-Russian Veterinary Research Institute of Pathology, Pharmacology and Therapy, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Sergey Viktorovich Shabunin spoke about the modern development trends of pharmacology and toxicology, future tasks and solutions to the problems of antibiotic resistance, the issues being considered at the VII International Congress of Veterinary Pharmacologists and Toxicologists of the Commonwealth of Independent States and their solutions.

Also, the rector of the university, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov read out greetings from the Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry Bakhrom Norqobilov, President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gennady Yakovlevich Krasnikov, and Vice-President for Chemical and Biological Sciences of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Shakhlokhon Turdikulova to the participants of the VII International Congress.

At the event, Jaloliddin Azimov, Chief Researcher of the Institute of Zoology, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, spoke and expressed his views on the topic "Modern development trends in pharmacology and toxicology, future tasks and solutions to antibiotic resistance problems."

Also, the scientific director of the All-Russian Veterinary Research Institute of Pathology, Pharmacology and Therapy, Doctor of V.P.D., Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Sergey Viktorovich Shabunin, presented a report on “Problems and distribution of antibiotic resistance genes in pathogens of open spaces of productive animals”, the rector of the Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology, K.I. Skryabina, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergey Vladimirovich Pozyabin, presented a report on “Antibiotic resistance in food pathogens with potential solutions in the context of a single health system”, the professor of Istanbul, Gerrahpasha University, Dr.PhD, Ali Aydin, and the professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Aleksandr Komarov, presented a report on “Medicinal plants in the system of antiparasitic measures”.

The event was attended by the scientific director of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Veterinary Pathology, Pharmacology and Therapy, Doctor of Physical Education, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Shabunin Sergey Viktorovich (scientific director of the All-Russian Scientific Research Veterinary Institute of Pathology, Pharmacology and Therapy, Doctor of Physical Education, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences), the head of the department “Technology of Livestock Production” of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, Professor, Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Ombayev Abdirahman Moldanazarovich (Head of the Department “Technology of Livestock Production” of the Kazakh National Agrarian University), the professor of the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.S. Osimi, Doctor of Physical Education Mukhiddinov Anvariddin Riyoziddinovich (Professor of the Tajik Technical University named after M.S.Osimi) was awarded the academic title of Honorary Professor of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology.
