At the meeting held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology, views were expressed on further development of bilateral friendship and cooperation with Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine "Mark of Honor" of the Republic of Belarus.

At the meeting, Jabbarov Shukhrat Abdumajidovich, the 1st deputy chairman of the Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Development Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was awarded the title of "Honorary Professor" of the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine "Mark of Honor" of the Republic of Belarus.

Fedotov Dmitry Nikolayevich, vice-rector of the Vitebsk state "Mark of Honor" Academy of Veterinary Medicine of the Republic of Belarus, was awarded the title of "Honorary Professor" of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology.
