SAMARKAND–GANSU: NEW COOPERATION IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER

A meeting and negotiations were held between representatives of the Gansu Science and Technology Development Promotion Center and the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology.

The negotiations were attended by:
Director General of the Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute — Professor Haixue Zheng;
Deputy Director — Zhijie Liu;
Science & Technology Department Director — Professor Guangliang Liu;
Yan Yufeng from the Science and Technology Development Promotion Center under the Science and Technology Administration of Gansu Province.

Finally, a memorandum of understanding on technology transfer was signed between the parties.

This memorandum serves as an important step in introducing innovative technologies in the veterinary sector, improving the efficiency of scientific research and practical development, and strengthening cooperation with advanced scientific centers in China.
