An international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Current problems and solutions of modern pathomorphology" was held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology.
The conference was opened by the rector of the university, professor Kh. Yunusov, head of the department of the Committee for the Development of Veterinary Medicine and Livestock, Doctor of Biological Sciences A. Safarov, vice-rector of the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, associate professor D. Fedotov, professor A. Faustino, professor of the Eben Salazar Institute of Biomedicine of the University of Porto, professor G. Dzhanabekova of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. The conference was held to analyze the scientific and practical work carried out on the development of animal husbandry in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the widespread introduction of modern innovative methods of pathomorphological diagnostics and morphology of infectious, non-infectious and invasive diseases of agricultural and wild animals, the problems existing in this field in the world and in our republic, and their solutions. He noted that it will be an important factor in determining promising tasks for the development of the field and wished success to the conference.
Also, during the conference, SamSUVMLB doctoral student Jasur Yulchiyev gave reports on “Pathomorphological diagnostics of cattle papillomas”, Samarkand State Medical University Joint Program Faculty student Harsh Saini “Ovarian endometriosis in outpatient settings”, Samarkand State Medical University student Ibragim Mustafayev “Morphological and morphometric indicators of the liver of rabbits and rats”, SamSUVMLB assistant Otkir Rahmonov “Adrenal glands of rabbits of different breeds in postnatal ontogenesis”, Samarkand State Medical University student Olmos Nurmamatov “Age-specific changes in vegetative innervation of the respiratory system”, SamSUVMLB student Kahramon Najmiddinov “Comparative growth dynamics of the coracoid bone in egg-laying chickens”.
The conference continued its work, divided into sections: "Current Problems in the Field of Pathological Anatomy and Their Solutions" and "Current Problems and Solutions in Morphology."
