32 talented graduates of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology with leadership and management skills were selected for the promising personnel reserve of the Samarkand regional administration at a roundtable discussion held with the participation of B. Rahmatullayev, head of the organizational and personnel group of the Samarkand regional administration.
- The main goal of the meeting is to provide employment to graduates with strong knowledge and potential in their field, and to attract them to work in various areas of public administration, - said the rector of the university, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, who opened the event with an introductory speech.
At the meeting, the head of the organizational and personnel group of the Samarkand regional khokimiyat, Bekzod Rahmatullayev, emphasized that the training of high-quality personnel with mature potential is the main requirement of the time, and emphasized that the training of specialists who meet the requirements of today, possess deep knowledge and potential, is important for making a worthy contribution to the economic and social development of the country, and for developing the economy and sectors of the national economy based on world standards.
B. Rahmatullayev also noted that in recent years, a promising personnel reserve of the regional khokimiyat has been formed from among educated young people, and in 2020, 331 talented graduates were included in the promising personnel reserve, and in 2024, 542 graduates were included in the reserve, and currently there are 2,356 promising young people in the reserve in the region.
At the meeting, the head of the organizational and personnel group of the Samarkand regional khokimiyat, Bekzod Rahmatullayev, spoke separately with each talented student. He was interested in their suggestions and future plans, and gave appropriate instructions and suggestions.
