"RECTOR'S CUP" SPORTS COMPETITIONS BEGAN WITH A MASS WALKING MARATHON
Under the slogan “Healthy life is the key to a prosperous future”, the “RECTOR’S CUP” sports competitions are being held at SamSUVMLB among university professors, teachers and employees in football, volleyball, chess and table tennis.
The rector of the university, Professor Kh. Yunusov, who participated in the mass walking marathon of the sports holiday, emphasized that walking and running are one of the most useful ways to lead a physically active life and encouraged everyone to be active.
After that, a mass walking marathon was started under the leadership of the rector of the university with the participation of more than 1,000 sports enthusiasts, including professors, teachers, students and young people, and physical education exercises were performed on the university’s open sports field.
