At SSUV, on the initiative of the Women's Advisory Council and the Sports Club of the university, sports competitions in chess-checkers, table tennis and volleyball were organized among the university women under the slogan "On March 1, the 110th anniversary of the birth of Zulfiyakhanim and March 8 - International Women's Day".
The First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs A.Gapparov and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs A.Elmurodov, who participated in the event, noted that the sports event is aimed at promoting friendship and solidarity among women, as well as promoting a healthy lifestyle. They wished the participants good luck and congratulated them on the spring days - March 8 - International Women's Day.
The sports competitions were held in a spirit of intense competition.
