Hello, dear compatriots! First of all, I sincerely congratulate you on
December 8 - Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan!
It is natural that
we celebrate the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of our
independent state in a different way than every year. After all, in 2023, we adopted our radically
renewed General Council on the basis of a national referendum, and for the
first time in the history of our national statehood, we got a perfect Constitution,
in which all priority provisions are directly applied.
The Constitution
is not only a legal document, but it serves the universal ideas that form the
socio-political and spiritual basis of our national ideology.
The adoption of
our main law - the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan as an important
political and legal document was a unique certificate of the birth of a new,
sovereign state with bright prospects in the world.
The Constitution
of independent Uzbekistan fully embodies the achievements of the international
community in the field of human rights.
This Constitution includes all important provisions in the field of
human rights: the right to life, freedom and privacy, the right to own
property, education and other similar rights.
The Constitution
is not only a legal document, but it serves the universal ideas that form the
socio-political and spiritual basis of our national ideology.
Ask yourself a
question? Do I know the law well and how
do I follow it?
I think that every
citizen of the society should ask himself this question. A student, a professor-teacher, or an
ordinary employee, must live in accordance with the existing laws, know their
rights, and fulfill their obligations, which ensures order and peace in the
life of society.
I would like to
take this opportunity to congratulate all citizens, students and youth of our
country on the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of our
country.
Do not waste your
