Yorbekova Dilorom Mukhammadkulovna was born on August 10, 1974 in Jizzakh region. In 1992, she graduated from secondary school No. 13 in Samarkand, entered the Faculty of Economics of the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1992, and graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1997. Over the next 3 years, 2 methodological guides, 10 articles in journals recognized by the Academy of Sciences, and 5 articles in proceedings of international conferences were published. She advanced her skills at the PKQT and UMO network centers under the TSUU.
