Tukhtayev Zafar Mamatkulovich was born on April 13, 1985 in the Taylok district of the Samarkand region. In 2008, he graduated from the Samarkand Institute of Veterinary Medicine with a bachelor's degree in "Accounting and Audit", and in 2023, he graduated from the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics with a master's degree in "Accounting (by sectors and areas)". Since 2025, he has been working as an assistant at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology, currently the Department of "Economics and Accounting".
