Mukhtarov Elmurod graduated from Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 2013. In 2022, he obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Veterinary Sciences in the specialty 16.00.02 – "Pathology, Oncology, and Morphology of Animals. Veterinary Obstetrics and Biotechnology of Animal Reproduction."

Based on his scientific research, he has published about 65 scientific articles, 2 textbooks, 3 study guides, 1 recommendation, 1 monograph, and 1 methodological guide.
