Gulshoda Otayarova graduated from the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 2013. Since 2011, she has been working in the Crop Production Department of the Samarkand Agricultural Institute.

In 2015 and 2018, she completed training at the Regional Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel at Samarkand State University, and in 2021 and 2023, at the Branch of the Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel at Tashkent State Agrarian University.

Duties

Organizing and implementing educational and methodological work according to an individual plan

Active participation in the department's research work

Developing and improving the department's curricula and programs

Ensuring the development of all necessary student competencies and their high level of professionalism

Monitoring the quality of classes taught by department professors and instructors and ensuring training at the required level

Resolving issues related to student internships

Monitoring the quality of the department's methodological support, developing its own teaching aids

• Conducting active research and guiding students in writing their term papers and theses within the department

Participating in familiarizing applicants with the profession

Providing advisory and methodological assistance to young faculty members of the department

Supporting the work of the scientific and methodological commission for a specific specialty

Improving and updating the department's facilities

Comprehensive training of personnel, assistance in acquiring scientific, technical, general social, humanitarian, economic, and legal knowledge
