The development of society cannot be imagined without women. As we are on the way to build a legal state and a democratic society, special attention is paid to the creation of a national legal system aimed at honoring and valuing them, protecting their legal rights and interests, ensuring equality of women with men in all spheres. Today, attention to women has risen to the level of real state policy: its legal and institutional foundations have been radically improved. It is no exaggeration to say that the privileges and opportunities given to women and girls today are better than ever.
In a word, such conditions and privileges, which are an expression of high attention at the level of state policy for the fate, present and future of women, have never existed in the history of our country. This is the reason for the gratitude that our sisters feel in their hearts today.
Today, Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnologies has a total of 775 professors, teachers and employees, 295 of them, more than 6.5 thousand students - 32% of young people, i.e. 1632 are women. – consists of women and girls.
If we imagine the university as a family, women are the pride and of our family, our big family. Our life with them is beautiful and happy. I am always proud that among them there are women scientists who are well-known in our country, excellent and knowledgeable female students, and hardworking and devoted employees. Two of our students who received state scholarships this year are girls. As a result of the attention shown to them, the contract funds of 16 of our students studying at the Master's department of our university are paid by the state.
In the process of today's globalization, the place and role of women is very important in the process of forming an active civil position of the young generation in relation to any event.
We live in a society where any good ideas and initiatives expressed by women are supported and given privileges with great confidence. In this society, the value of a person, his honor is above all values, and for women, these rules apply twice. After all, it is not an exaggeration to say that glorifying the value of a person is realized first of all through respect and reverence for women, honoring our  mothers, and valuing our kind sisters.
