Every year, June 30 is widely celebrated in our country as "Youth Day", and June is traditionally declared "Youth Month" and in this regard in all regional centers, districts and cities, mahallas under the motto "Youth of New Uzbekistan, let's unite" and forums are becoming a habit.  
In particular, the first youth festival under the motto "New Uzbekistan youth, let's unite" within the framework of the Youth Month in Samarkand region has started at Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology. Within the framework of the festival, students of higher education institutions, academic lyceums, technical schools and youth of partner mahallas took part in more than 20 projects organized within the festival.  
Rector of the University, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov opened the youth holiday and congratulated the participants. In his speech, the rector noted that the government is currently paying attention to youth issues in our country, and their knowledge, talent and potential play an important role in building a new Uzbekistan.  
Khurshid Ochilov, the head of the regional staff for the organization and holding of the Youth Month at a high level, took part in the Youth Festival under the motto "Youth of New Uzbekistan, let's unite". The Deputy Governor of the region, one of the responsible persons in the field of youth policy, congratulated the university staff - teachers and students on the increase in the status of the educational institution, the transformation of the institute into a university, which is a great responsibility, and the first Youth Festival in the region. . The President expressed his views on the conditions and benefits created by the government for young people 
Today, on the occasion of the Youth Day, the University will hold various events, competitions and sports competitions. Knowledgeable, talented, talented young people and coaches will be awarded.
