According to the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), a competition for scholarships for master's degree at these public universities has been announced for the 2023 academic year. This project is implemented in cooperation with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and public universities in the Republic of Korea. According to the Korean part, candidates must be among teachers, researchers, PhD students, undergraduates of higher educational institutions of the republic and must meet certain requirements, and they will be selected based on the results of the papers.
