ANNOUNCEMENT!

The competition for 2022 for the prize established by UNESCO and Equatorial Guinea, which is awarded to researchers working in the field of life sciences, has been announced. This international award is presented to candidates, selected from among the UNESCO Member States, working on research and development projects that have made a significant contribution to the improvement of human life in the field of natural sciences (from 5 people from each Member State).

The prize amount is $350,000 and will be divided equally between the three successful applicants.

The candidates recommended for the award are selected by the Director-General of UNESCO on the basis of the recommendation of an international commission.

Documents required from candidates for participation in the competition:

- application form;

- information about the contribution of the candidate to the goals of the award (no more than 1000 words);

- brief information about the scientific and practical activities of the candidate;

- a list of 10 important scientific publications of the candidate.
