Hello, dear sisters! Dear students! First of all, I sincerely congratulate you, my dears, on the holiday, International Women's Day on March 8th. I express my high respect and good wishes to all of you.
We always look forward to this holiday with great joy and excitement. Because this month marks the beginning of the season of rejuvenation and renewal - spring in our country. We rely on you, on your great mentoring qualities in educating the younger generation, in building a new Uzbekistan, which has become the builder of the third revival.
It is worth noting that today, out of 794 professors and teachers of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology, 298 are women, and out of 6,248 of our students, 1,769 are girls.
Dedicated scholars and young researchers or women working in other departments of the educational institution are the adornment and beauty of our university. They add beauty and meaning to university life!
I can also say with pleasure that this year, out of 25 applicants, 7 women engaged in scientific activities at the university defended dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
Also, out of 5 state scholarship holders, 3 are students who became the winners of the state scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the state scholarship named after Islam Karimov and the state scholarship named after Beruni.
We are rightfully proud of them!

Respect and honor for women, who are the pillars of family and society, the blessing and splendor of our lives, have long been and remain a great value for our people. Because our life with you is beautiful and meaningful, and our homes prosper and glow.
Today it is natural that each of us, with a feeling of boundless gratitude, utters the most beautiful words in honor of the female race, which is the great miracle of the creator - our loving mothers, our dear sisters and beautiful daughters. We consider you, above all, a symbol of self-sacrifice. We owe you our entire lives for your kind heart, intelligence, love and devotion.
